The Committee has paired with the National Watermelon Promotion Board to promote two mouth-watering sweet onion and watermelon recipes South-of-the-Border Watermelon-Walla Walla Sweet Onion Black Bean Salsa, and Walla Walla Sweet Onion and Watermelon Salsa.

Sample scrumptious recipes from the Pacific Northwest in the latest recipe brochure from the Walla Walla Sweet Onion Marketing Committee. Famous chefs, restaurants and cookbook authors from Seattle, Washington are featured in A Sweet Feast, a free recipe brochure available to consumers and retailers. Recipes include minted onions from Kasper’s Restaurant, Grilled and Roasted Walla Walla Sweets with Pine Nut Butter from the Dahlia Lounge, and a low-fat version of the popular deep-fried onion flower, among others.
