Sample scrumptious recipes from the Pacific Northwest in the latest recipe brochure from the Walla Walla Sweet Onion Marketing Committee. Famous chefs, restaurants and cookbook authors from Seattle, Washington are featured in A Sweet Feast, a free recipe brochure available to consumers and retailers. Recipes include minted onions from Kasper’s Restaurant, Grilled and Roasted Walla Walla Sweets with Pine Nut Butter from the Dahlia Lounge, and a low-fat version of the popular deep-fried onion flower, among others. Food Editors can reprint any of the recipes featrued on this site by giving credit to the Walla Walla Sweet Onion Marketing Committee and the individual chef, restaurant or food author.
